  • Castro is located in Kassiopi, on the beautiful north-east coast of Corfu.

    The lively village of Kassiopi is just a 5-minute walk away, offering a selection of restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as beaches, swimming spots, and a charming harbour.

    The villa features its own private jetty and small beach, with boats available to hire locally in Kassiopi and moor directly in front of the house.

    Nearby destinations include San Stephano (15 minutes by car) and Agni or Kouloura (around 20 minutes by car). Corfu Old Town can be reached in about one hour.

  • Guests can fly to Corfu International Airport (CFU) from all London airports and most major regional UK airports.

    From the United States, there are no direct flights to Corfu, but convenient connections are available via major European hubs such as London, Athens, Rome, or Munich.
    Typical routes include:

    • Los Angeles (LAX) → London or Athens → Corfu

    • New York (JFK or EWR) → London or Athens → Corfu

    The villa is approximately one hour by car from Corfu Airport.

    A hire car is essential for getting around and exploring the island. We can arrange for cars to be delivered directly to the house for your convenience.

  • Corfu is known for its lush green landscapes, crystal-clear waters, and relaxed island charm. The north-east coast, where Castro is located, is dotted with beautiful bays, white-pebbled coves, and traditional villages surrounded by olive groves.

    This part of the island is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to combine relaxation with gentle adventure. Enjoy water sports in Kalami, stroll into nearby villages for fresh local dishes, or take a small boat out to a seaside taverna for a long, leisurely lunch of freshly caught fish.

    One of the real joys of this coastline is how easily you can explore it by boat. Stop for a swim in hidden coves, take in views across to Albania, and moor at one of the many welcoming tavernas along the shore, where owners are always ready to catch your rope and hand you a menu.
