Set on a picturesque shingle beach with sparkling emerald waters, just north of Avlaki, this retreat offers a truly unique arrival accessible directly from the beach. Guests can glide in by boat for the ultimate entrance or park nearby and take a short stroll along the shore.

The property is made up of three charming cottages surrounded by Mediterranean-inspired gardens, with white and blue coastal tones and airy bleached-wood ceilings. The main house, closest to the sea, sleeps four with two beautifully designed bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, and a shaded terrace with comfortable lounge seating.

A second cottage, just steps away, accommodates two and features a cozy living room, kitchen, and terrace with hammock and sun loungers overlooking the garden. The third guest house offers a serene master suite with en suite facilities for added privacy.

With its private jetty and direct sea access, this elegant beachfront haven is ideal for guests who love exploring by boat, discovering hidden coves, and enjoying the island’s vibrant dining scene.

Visitor Information

  • This villa sits on the northeast coast of Corfu, right on Kogevina Beach, just above Avlaki.

    The lively harbor town of Kassiopi is only a 20-minute walk away, offering a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and boat rentals.
    Avlaki Beach can be reached in 3 minutes by car or a 15-minute walk, where you’ll find seafront tavernas and a choice of water sports, including sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, and paddleboarding.

    A 10-minute drive brings you to San Stephano, a charming bay with waterside restaurants, relaxed bars, and opportunities for boat hire.

  • You can fly to Corfu International Airport (CFU) with direct flights from all London airports and most major regional UK hubs. From the United States, there are no direct flights, but convenient connections are available via major European cities such as London, Athens, Rome, or Munich.

    The villa is about 1 hour by car from Corfu Airport.

    Please note: car hire is not essential if you plan to use a boat, as the house sits right on the water. There is no parking immediately at the villa; however, guest parking is available approximately 100 yards along the beach.

  • The Beach House is set on a quiet beach on the north-east coast of Corfu, between Kassiopi and San Stefano, with Avlaki Beach nearby for water sports such as sailing, kayaking, and paddle boarding.

    Guests can enjoy exploring the coastline by boat, stopping at small coves for a swim or mooring at local tavernas for lunch. San Stefano offers relaxed harborfront dining, while Kassiopi provides shops, bars, and a bit of nightlife for teenagers.

    Boat hire is easy and highly recommended, with day trips to Paxos and Antipaxos possible for those wanting to explore further.
